Shipping in South Africa
We make use of The Courier Guy & Fastway for our shipping needs. Please contact the courier and provide them with the correct waybill number when querying a shipment.
Orders placed on a Friday will be shipped out on Monday, with the exception of all orders placed for in store collection.

National Shipping

Flat shipping fee of R125 for all parcels.
Areas included: Cape Town, Durban, Bloemfontein, East London, George, Kimberley, Ladysmith, Nelspruit, Pietersburg, Port Elizabeth, Potchefstroom, Welkom, Witbank.
(Outlying Areas)
Any location not listed under our standard delivery areas are classified as an Outlying Area. If you are situated in a remote area, township, farm area or village an additional delivery fee will apply. This fee is calculated based on the weight and/or size of the order.
Please make sure to choose the correct shipping fee on checkout. Failure to do so may result in your parcel being delayed. If you are unsure about which delivery fee to choose for your area, please contact us before you checkout to avoid any delays.
Free Delivery
Orders R1999.95 or more qualify for free delivery with the exception of items that are only available on request. In order to ensure the long-term viability of this offer, when the weight or volumetric weight of a parcel is too great to be shipped via the overnight option, we reserve the right to choose a more economical shipping method (Air freight/ Road Freight).
Disclaimer
We know how important shipping is to our customers. That excited feeling of getting something new combined with the constant tracking, so you can be there when the delivery guy arrives is something we are well aware of. Unfortunately, there are times when the courier has delays or cannot get hold of the customer to deliver their parcels, which are out of Brite's control, and we cannot be held responsible for this.
NB: We do make use of Third-Party Couriers Services and all queries regarding the delivery of parcels should be taken up with them.
