The provision of goods and services by Brite Lighting and Electrical is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Brite Lighting and Electrical will refund the client in full within 30 days from date of purchase.
Credit or debit cards will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of the returned items on condition all the criteria below have been met.
Brite Lighting and Electrical will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 14 business days from date of purchase provided that:
- The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase.
- The item has not been opened or used.
- The item is in its original condition and packaging.
ALL REFUNDS ATTRACT A 15% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE.
DEFECTIVE GOODS
Should any items be defective, those items may be returned for replacement provided that:
- The original invoice is presented on return as proof of purchase.
- The product is returned within 7 days from date of purchase,
- It is a manufacturing fault (upon assessment)
- The product has been used for the intended use.
- All returns on inverters for repair or exchange will be sent to the supplier for evaluation. While we do regard the period of evaluation and repair as a matter of urgency, this process can take up to 21 business days.
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION
- Cancellation of orders by the client before being dispatched will attract a 0% administrative fee.
- Cancellation of orders by the client after being dispatched will attract a 20% administrative fee.
