The Knipex 11 06 Series VDE Insulation Strippers are fitted with multi-component grips; VDE tested up to 10;000V and safe for work up to 1;000V. They conform to DIN EN / IEC 60900. Made from special tool steel; forged; oil-hardened. Chrome plated finish. Easy adjustment to the required diameter of solid or stranded wire with knurled screw and lock nut. For stripping single; multiple and fine stranded conductors with plastic or rubber insulation up to 5.0mm dia. or 10mm2 cable cross-section.
