Hubble Lithium has developed the Hubble Battery System, a company providing batteries for Lithium batteries for solar, renewable, and backup industries in South Africa. They produce batteries ranging from 12V - 512V with various mounting and standalone options.

 

The Hubble 2.75KW Battery Inverter (AM-4)

The first battery in the Hubble Battery System is the Battery Inverter Lit Hubble 2.75KW, whose model is Hubble AM-4.

The second battery in the Hubble Battery System is the Battery Inverter Lithium Hubble 5.12KW. It is the first of its series to have LFP prismatic cells, featuring monitoring capabilities via the Hubble Cloudlink.

Hubble Battery Installation Information

The Hubble Battery comes with 25mm cabling that works perfectly with a 100 Amp battery, and you can connect up to 15 batteries with it. You also get a Battery Link Cable in the box. 

Here's how to install the Hubble Battery System:

  • Connect the DC cables to the positive and negative ends of the battery terminals, which will let the inverter recognize the battery automatically. 
  • You can use the CAN cable to connect the inverter to the battery. Activate the DIP switch one while keeping the other DIP switches off.
  • The instructions for connecting multiple batteries can be found in the box. 
  • Voltage settings can also be used to connect the inverter to the battery. 
  • The Cloudlink application can fully connect the inverter and the battery.

Although Hubble Lithium has been around for only two years, they have made a mark in the South African battery industry. 2022 was a year of outstanding achievements for them as they expanded their staff and released more products. They have also developed their state-of-the-art Hubble Cloud Link app, that's available on both Play Store and App Store.

They have launched several batteries, such as the AM-10 and AM-5. The AM-10 series has prismatic LiFePO4 cells with unlimited cycles within the Hubble Warranty. The other AM-series batteries range from 2.6kWh to 5.5kWh and work with all leading inverter brands.
